2. Any fee charging professional, or any company or organization wishing to use the Free Islāmic Will facility must contact FreeIslamicWill.com to get attain permission and make necessary arrangements.

3. Unauthorized use the “Site” by organizations, companies, and/or businesses will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

10. FreeIslamicWill.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity and status of each account and block the account of a member based on such review.

11. FreeIslamicWill.com retains the absolute right to remove any registered user from its "Site", or block his/ her access, either partially or fully, from its "Site", without prior notification and without having to explain its decision.

12. If you have registered with the "Site" you can request to be removed by writing to [email protected] and asking your account to be terminated.

13. FreeIslamicWill.com may disclose information entered in the “Site” if required by law or under a court order.

14. Any products bought via the "Site" are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is not delivered or is damaged upon delivery.

15. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from the "Site" in connection with the services you have registered for as long as you are a registered member of FreeIslamicWill.com

16. Use of the "Site" is governed by our Privacy Policy and follow simple guidelines to protect your privacy.

The "Site" is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content/ listing posted on the “Site”, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized on the “Site”, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the "Site" services whether online or offline.

18. Under no circumstances will the "Site" be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the “Site” or its Services and/ or any content posted on the "Site" or transmitted to the "Site".

All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any content that is posted on the "Site" will be of that Members / users / third party who has posted such content and the "Site" reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ users / third party that it may suffer as a result of such content posted on the "Site". The "Site" does not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

22. By registering on the "Site" and becoming a member of the "Site" and/ or using the Services of the “Site”, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
