Foetus stillborn and less than 24 weeks

5. FOETUS STILLBORN AND UNDER 24 WEEKS PREGNANCY  

If a child is stillborn (no signs of life at all and less than 24 weeks) the hospital will issue a certificate of non-viability (birth card), there is no need to register, there is no need for ghusl or janaza.
